The DB unwind is a non driven surface unwind stand. The main advantages it has over the reel bar type unwind are;
1) Larger heavier reels can be used reducing downtime over reels changes.
2) No lifting required. Unit is same height as standard pallet so reels can simply be rolled I into place.
The unit comes with 5 vertical reel separators enabling 4 lane operation (further separators available). Reels may be different diameters.
