The DRS unwind is a passive reel bar type unwind stand. Its modular form allows it to be separated from the machine to allow for slit sealers and/or post gussetters to be inserted in between. It comes as standard with 2 x 25mm reel bars each with two cones. As an option 40mm heavy duty reel bars can be supplied. The unit incorporates its own cut out tabs which prevent the need for re threading the machine in the event of the film running out. By having these fitted to the unwind earlier warning is given essential for todays high speed machines.
Available in 800, 1200, 1400, & 1600mm widths

The DRS is an ideal unit for servo models and the older clutch and brake models or indeed anywhere where a durable no nonsense unwind is needed.

As an option, edge guiding and tension control is also available
