FAS' winders can be used for in-line as well as off-line production and can be equipped with a full range of accessories.

Series SP
The Series SP machine is available in two widths: 100 – 500 mm and 400 – 800 mm. It features ease of operation and flexibility in combination with high productivity. A wide range of accessories are available.

Series T
T100 is a new turret winder which permits roll changes on the fly. It features a 4-station revolving winder head, based on FAS' well-proven technology, resulting in increased line-speeds as well as increased cycle speeds.

Series M
M100 is a single bag rotary winder which winds separated bags on a roll with no overlap. It is based on a new, patented concept.

Series IW is used for high-speed winding of industrial, pre-perforated film on 3" core. It is a fully automatic winding machine, accepting film widths from 450 mm up to 1 150 mm. It can operate in-line with a perforating/sealing machine for production of bags on core. It features high speed and a high roll change rate.

Series IW/P is used for high-speed winding of film on a 3" core. This unit is the same as the one above, but is equipped with a perforating unit, enabling production of an adjustable number of sheets on a roll.
