Gamma Meccanica systems are able to recycle a wide variety of plastic materials in various forms including film bottles fabrics yarns fibres containers and slabs etc, obtaining homogenous and uniform granules. This is possible due to new electreonic process control systems and new technology used to make the die faced cutter.

Regeneration systems can be divided into two types:

Conventional systems consisting of a grinding mill, forced feed, extruder, filter and die faced cutter designed to recycle plastic film or ground form where grinding mills must be used.

‘Compaq’ systems formed by a shredder, extruder, filter and die faced cutter designed for particular and washing systems such as fibres, fabrics, yarns and films
